how quickly will my order be processed?
We aim to dispatch orders of CARDS & NOTEBOOKS within 2 working days, PRINTS & ORIGINALS within 7-10 days and BESPOKE COMMISSIONS 2-3 weeks after receiving your specifications.
If your order is required urgently please let us know and we'll do our best to ensure it arrives in time.
How much do you charge for UK P&P?
UK Delivery is dependent on what you are purchasing and will be added on when you checkout.
Small prints - £8.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery, trackable service.
Big prints - £10.00 Parcelforce Worldwide Express 48.
Originals - £12.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery, trackable service.
Bespoke - £12.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery, trackable service.
do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do, and use Royal Mail Airmail for all overseas postage of cards and notebooks. Please note this is not a trackable service.
Any overseas customers, please contact email@example.com to order directly.
Please note you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applicable.
Delivery to Europe will usually be made within 7 working days of dispatch and delivery to the rest of the world will usually be made within 14 working days of dispatch.

How do i stock your cards in my shop?

Please note there is a minimum order of £80. All trade costs on the site are not including VAT, VAT will be added to your Proforma Invoice. All cards are sold in sets of 6. If your order amounts to more than £150, your delivery will be free of charge.
What is your returns policy?
You are given 15 days to return cards and notebooks that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame with your invoice. We request that you send us the products by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. Shipping fees remain your responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
Prints, originals and bespoke illustrations are strictly non refundable.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you order from us, we collect some personal information from you including your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number(s) and credit card number (with expiration date). We will retain a record of your purchases.
